MODEL ANSWER:

Stress and related problems are really annoying factors for almost everyone in this modern world as it has made a web in almost everyone’s life irrespective of age or gender. Though there exist numerous ways to manage stress wisely, the best way to tackle stress is attributed to two major factors: personal and situational.

To begin with, there is personal distinctiveness in opting the best way of managing stress. To be precise, listening to music is seen as the most preferable way of stress relieving for some, whereas it can be either eating food in bulk or reading a single novel in a couple of days for others. Apart from the personal attitudes, there are of course some personal differences such as age and gender in deciding the most appropriate way to relieve stress.

Nevertheless, for some, it depends on the situation. For example, for a student who is going to appear for a competitive exam very shortly, it is not recommended to relieve stress either at a cinema, watching movies or spending time reading a novel. Instead a section of breathing exercise or a short meditation can offer him the best results. Similarly, stress at work can be best relieved either by a short trip or a weekend party. However, depending on substance should be seen as the worst way of stress management, whatever the situation be.

To sum up, escaping from stress is a necessity for each and every person and the way which proves the most effective differs from person to person and from situation to situation
