Part 1 (Interview)

– Would you describe yourself as a patient person? Why or why not?
– How does patience help in daily life?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Describe a conversation you remember clearly. You should say:
– who you had the conversation with
– what the conversation was about
– when and where it took place
and explain why you remember it so well.
Part 3 (Discussion)
– Is body language an important part of communication?
– How do you communicate with someone who doesn’t show emotions?
– What skills are needed to communicate effectively with people?
