A prosperous career and a contented family are the dreams of everyone .However, many people find it difficult to maintain both simultaneously. When this imbalance happens, it creates several problems: either professional or personal and there exists possible solutions for this.

Turning to the professional problems, the first risk is job security. To be precise, if not enough time is spent at work by an employee or if he is found not so serious at work because of his family tensions, his job security would be more vulnerable. This happens because most professions demand extreme work efficiency and the ultimate result is increased levels of stress among the employees.

Turning to the family, issues may arise when not enough time is spent with family members. For example, family members including children demand the earning members to be with them engaging in some entertainment activities such as going shopping, watching movies or having short trips. If this rarely happens, they would become desperate and familial relationships would become disrupted.

Looking into the possible solutions, employers should ensure their employees with flexible schedules to compensate any lapse which they are likely to make owing to family demands. They should also avoid toxic work situations and make the working environment more interesting. On the other hand, individuals who are employees should make sure they spend enough time with their family in order to maintain the cordial relationship between the members.

To conclude, conflicts occur regarding an ideal time management between profession and family when an ideal balance is not maintained between both areas. However, these can be effectively addressed from both sides.
