In many countries, there exist a number of people who attend a live sporting event. However, others prefer to watch its live or recorded telecast at their homes. Both these preferences have their own significance, and hence a critical assessment is needed before framing a logical conclusion.

On the one hand, those who support watching a live sporting event at a stadium feel that it provides an extra-ordinary atmosphere for the spectators. They believe that the environment at a stadium, when their favourite players perform gives them a variety of emotions like happiness and even ecstasy. A number of people from distant parts of the world gather at stadiums where international events such as Wimbledon are conducted. They add the event will remain in their minds for a longer period, which they can cherish and share with their friends later in their life.

On the other hand, those who prefer to watch these events on the box at their own homes highlight the benefits of comfort and convenience. The advantage of watching their favourite heroes perform in front of them, sitting or lying on the most comfortable couches, having delectable snacks is really great. They also focus at saving time and money for travel when they watch it either live or recorded on their TV or smartphones. On top of it they highlight the technological excellence of the high definition cameras, which can zoom a particular action and can replay it clearly for the spectators across the world, irrespective of their geographical locations.

After analysing both views in detail, though there are many visible advantages when a person watches a live sporting event in a stadium, I think the comfort, convenience and technological excellence a person can experience when he watches the same on TV at his home makes him feel far better.
