Factors which decide the employment varies from person to person. While some opt companies which offer a high salary package, others place working atmosphere as a superior factor in deciding this. Since both factors seem to be vital for any employee, a thorough discussion is necessary in determining which is better.

On the one hand those who recommend a non-toxic working atmosphere as a crucial factor when deciding a career highlight a stress-free environment enhances the productivity. Many feel that professional disputes and poor interpersonal relationships among the colleagues might pull back an employees potential level to a lower level, which results in poor performance and this ultimately drags them to a state of depression. However, if his employer perceives the crisis and take pro-active steps to solve such issues immediately, and if he promotes a better social interaction between them, by engaging in regular social get together, the employee satisfaction might go higher. This is often considered as crucial for many of the workforce, especially the youngsters.

On the other hand, others believe the current financial situation of a person will definitely make him think that a high salary is more important than work satisfaction. Most of the employees today have financial demands like buying a new house or an automobile to settle their family life. There are employees working overtime to solve their financial crises too.
