Data regarding the share of sea food imports to the UK from three countries and the total value of these imports in 1987, 1997, and 2007 are depicted in the given charts.

Overall, it is clear that Sweden and Poland dominated the importation, while the gross value of these imports went up steadily over this period.

In general, Sweden stood the top in the share of imports, followed by Poland and Germany over these three decades. In 1997 and 2007, it could contribute more or less than two-fifth (40 and 43%) of the total seafood imported in the UK from these countries, when compared to just 28% in 1987.

However, in case of Poland, there was a decline in import statistics during the period, and this was from 65% in 1987 to 30% in 2007. Germany, though the least contributor of this total share, had made notable growth in their imports over this 30 years. Its rate of imports was just 7 in 1987, but in 2007, it grew almost four-fold (27%).

When the total value of these imports was calculated, there was a growth of 4.8 million dollars since 1987.
