Dear Mr. Samson,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the condition of two pieces of furniture which you have provided at your rented facility, which I hired.

I have been your tenant at 101 B, south apartment for the past 11 months. Our stay here is absolutely free from any sort of disturbances, and we are really pleased to have such an accommodation.
As I am an architect, I requested a working table last week, and you met my demand yesterday. However, I found some asymmetry in the position of the table, which makes my work difficult. I have also noticed some problem with the sofa in the living room.

I would like to request you to acknowledge these issues and send someone to get them repaired as soon as possible. My wife’s family is set to visit our home next month. So I would expect you to solve the issues before that.

I look forward for your prompt response

Yours sincerely,

Steve
