Dear Mr. Robert,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention regarding the inconvenience that we students face at the college cafeteria.

It is to be noted that most of us are resident students and we do not have other alternatives other than having food from the college cafeteria. As we are undergraduate students, the time allotted for us to have lunch is between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm. The most concerning issue is the delay in the supply of food as we find only two cafeteria workers engaged in food service at lunch. We too have problems with the seating facilities as many of us find the tables occupied by postgraduate students. Many of us have to stand and have lunch due to this. I would like you to either extend our lunch time or to postpone the lunch time of the postgraduate students to 1:00pm. It would also be appreciated if you could delegate more staff to serve the lunch.
