Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the course which I pursue in your college.
Last week, I joined the certificate programme in developmental psychology, which you conduct every evening from Monday to Friday. Since my joining I completed five classes, but I feel the course is not up to the mark.
The main issue is the duration of the class. The class starts at 6 pm and concludes at 7 pm. I think this time is inadequate for a class as the tutor is seen struggling to cover the portion. The second issue is that most students are falling in at different time, some even at 6:50 pm. This makes the students distracted very often.
I would suggest you to change the schedule of the class. I recommend commencing the class at 7 pm, so that everyone can be inside the class before it starts. It would be also appreciated if you could extend the time for another hour, so that it would lessen the effort of both the tutor and the students.
