I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction over the damaged furniture which I noticed after it was delivered by your team.
It was on 24 January, I ordered a sofa, a dining table and a wardrobe from your furniture shop: ‘The Wood World’. As I purchased three items, you offered me chairs for the dining table as a complement, and I got impressed with the purchase and your service. You also offered a free home delivery, which made me even more comfortable. The delivery was made the next day itself, however, when I tried to set the furniture, I found some serious damages with the sofa and the wardrobe. Two legs on the left side of the sofa are broken and the doors of the wardrobe are not closing properly. I think the issue might have happened at the time of delivery. As you have a replacement offer valid for 6 months, I am not seriously concerned of the damage. However, I would like you to make it faster as I have a function at home.
