I am a new resident in your neighborhood and the purpose of this letter is to invite you to my 25th wedding anniversary, which I am planning to host at my own house.

I am an accountant by profession, and I moved here a week ago as I got transferred to the City Bank branch. It is a landmark in our married life, and my family and relatives insisted me to make the occasion a very special one. I plan to include all my family members, friends and relatives from my hometown. I am planning to invite my colleagues from the bank too.

A live musical concert and a traditional dance performance are included to entertain the special invitees. Naturally, a lot of annoyance would occur due to the noise. I should apologize to you for that in advance. As you are one of the close neighbors, you are a very special guest for me, and I definitely expect your presence all through the party, which is to be held on the eve of 22nd of this month.
