MODEL ANSWER:

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about my inconvenience in continuing the cricket course, which I enrolled and paid for.

Since my childhood, I was very keen in learning essentials of professional cricket as I was inspired my role model: Bradman. I waited till my completion of my university studies, and as soon as I completed it, I joined your academy for a three month short duration course.

Since my joining on 20, last month, I was very much pleased with the training and I could do well under the supervision of expert trainers. However, an unexpected a knee injury during the nets turned the fate away from me. I was taken to a hospital following the incident and the doctors ruled out a ligament fracture, for which I have to undergo two consecutive surgeries.

As it is almost sure that I have to be in the hospital for at least a month, I hardly believe that I can complete the course. Hence, I would like to know about whether there is any provision of refund.

I look forward for a favorable reply

Yours faithfully,

David
