Dear Sarah,
Hope your family and you are doing well in Manchester.
You must be aware that the house I had been staying was too small for my family, which includes my parents, wife and four children. You know that Ming and Mimi are in their adolescence, and they’ve been constantly demanding separate private rooms, and that was the main reason I bought a new house in Madrid.
The new house I bought has four bedrooms with attached facilities, a large living area, a modular kitchen, an entertainment room and an exercise area. The highlight is that the house is on top of a small hill, facing a beautiful lake. There is also a large playground near the lake.
We are planning to arrange a party for our relatives and close friends by the first of next month. You are first friend to whom I am sending the invitation, and so you are expected to reach here at least a day prior to the party.
Don’t forget to bring your family, so that we can have a week holiday together.
