I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding an alteration your company made, due to which I missed my business trip to Bangkok.
I booked my ticket on 20 March and reached Manila international airport two hours before my fight scheduled to Bangkok. Due to the recent security alarms in the area, your airline company had made the security check stringent, which made me remain in the queue for almost an hour. I was not informed in advance regarding this change, and this delay made me miss my flight.
I was on my way to attend an international business summit on pharmaceuticals at The Peninsula Bangkok on 21 March. As I missed the flight, I had to make an emergency booking on the same evening. However, I had to travel in the economy class and the ticket fare was relatively high.
As many people prefer your airlines for business trips. I would strongly recommend you to keep at least three extra seats reserved for the businessmen in case of an emergency. I would also suggest you to improve your customer service.
