Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction towards the cooling system in your hotel, where I had a 24 hour stay.
Last Sunday, I stayed at your hotel: ‘ The Pine Valley’ at the city center. The temperature on that day went up to 40 degree Celsius, which was the highest of the month. The room that was allotted to me had a very bad cooling system. It had defect in its swing mode as well.
I rang up to reception area for the repair and it was done in an hour. After an hour, I met the same problem, which was fixed again soon. The problem repeated thrice in the evening and got settled at night.
I would suggest you to have an overall repair and maintenance of all the electric gadgets so that you can ensure your guests a very comfortable stay.
