Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the internet service you are providing me now.

I have been a much satisfied customer of yours for over a couple of years, but recently my connection has become unstable. This interrupts my work as I do work from home right now. Even when it is working, it is too slow, and this affected my business adversely.

I have already called your customer service department of this twice last week. Though they responded positively, the problems are not yet solved. I think there may be some technical issues, which can be solved best by an engineer. Therefore, I would like you to send an experienced one to my home in order to resolve the issues.

One more thing I would like to bring to your notice is about the bill amount. It is due this Friday. Since I have not received the assured service from you for almost a week and a half, I expect a reduction in the bill.
