I am writing to enquire some details on the exhibition in Luton, which I heard will be focusing on specific historic events.

I have been working as the co-curricular coordinator of St. Thomas High School for the past five years. As a part of students’ social survey project, this year we are planning to visit your exhibition venue in the town.

As you announced it is a historical exhibition, the students are curious about the displays there, whether it is about domestic or international significance.  They are also eager to know the activities they can get involved in the venue, which extends up to 10 hectares.

Another thing we would like to know is about the opening and closing times. Most students want to spend the whole day at the exhibition, and would like to get the entry as early as possible.

As per the instruction I have received, I am planning to bring 375 students in total, which is divided into 15 batches, and each batch would include 25 students. Therefore, I would like to inquire whether they are eligible for any discount on entrance tickets.
