It is a widely accepted suggestion that every company has the responsibility to promote the sports and provide social requirements to the locality it operates. I too think this is a core suggestion which would benefit both the company as well as the local population.

From the beneficiary’s point of view, when these provisions are availed at their doorsteps, it is more than just a help. To be precise, there are a number of young sports aspirants in a society who see the doors shut before them just because they have financial limitations. These young buds can revive their dreams when the company either sponsors them or constructs a stadium to promote the sports activities. Similarly, many local inhabitants are privileged when they are facilitated with free local commuting, bus shelters and comfort stations.

From the facilitator’s point of view, the major advantages are enhancing its goodwill and advert promotions. To be clearer, when services are provided to the local community, a company upholds the banner that it is a socially responsible firm. This would gain them the trust of the local population and get their visible support in their future endeavours. Likewise, when they provide such services, it becomes an ideal method to reach more people by means of exhibited adverts.

However, it is to be understood that these provisions can be rendered only when the company is financially stable.
