Overall, it is clear that the house is expected to look entirely different from what it is now.

As per the present layout, the house has its entrance at the southwest corner, which opens to a large hall. There are three rooms in the house which can be used either to sleep or to study, one at the northwest, next at the northeast and the final one at the southeast. The kitchen is at the east and the bathroom is towards the immediate north of the hall. There is also a living room at the extreme north of the hall. Outside the house, on the north and south sides, there are two gardens.

After the redevelopment, the existing living room would be replaced by a large bedroom, and there would be an additional square bedroom adjacent to the one in the northwest. The size of kitchen or social area would increase and the size of hall would decrease. There is also a plan to build an additional ensuite bathroom towards the south end of the house, and the garden at the south would become parking area.
