At a glance, the second site appears to be more appropriate than the first one.

In case of the first site, which is planned in the north-western outskirts of theindustrialised town is well-connected by road and rail. It seems to be convenient to the town’s population at the north and to the 10,000 inhabitants of Hindon. Another advantage is that it has access to the town centre by rail.

Turning to the second site, it is located at the centre of the town, at almost equal distance from the housing facilities at the north and the south. Apart from facilitating the town’s own population (65,000), it can be accessible to the shoppers from Bransdon and Cransdon by main roads, which have a population of 15,000 and 29,000 respectively. However, it has two drawbacks. The first is that it is somewhat far from Hindon, and the location is marked as no traffic zone. The issues can be mitigated with its accessibility by rail.
