Data regarding the difficulty employers faced in finding employees for jobs in four sectors in 2003 and 2004 is illustrated in the given table.

Overall, it is clear that enrolling technical and managerial staff for work was easier than finding both skilled and unskilled staffs in both years.

As per the table, in 2003, the proportion of employers who did face problems in employing skilled workers was generally less than those who faced the same difficulty in 2004. The pattern was similar in case of unskilled workers too. When an average of 41 to 47% job-givers encountered the issue in recruiting skilled workers in 2003, in case of unskilled workers, it ranged from 20 to 26 %. In 2004, these rates rose to 41 to 51% and 19 to 29% respectively.

However, in case of technical and managerial staff, the percentage of employers who found the difficulty was comparatively very less. In 2003, this ranged between 2 and 14, in 2004; this was marked between 2 and 10.
