Dear Mr Albert,
The purpose of this letter is to make a couple of suggestions regarding the ways to improve the reception area in our company.
As per your request, I have critically analysed the problems which arise normally from the visitors. The first is the noise from outside. As the area is near the road, there are frequent honking sounds heard, which is terribly annoying. The second is the lack of space. Only around five to ten visitors can sit comfortably there.
As our company focuses on customer services, it is very crucial to make sure that at no instances, anyone should be made dissatisfied. Visitors to the company might turn to our potential customers or brand ambassadors tomorrow.
I would suggest you to make the area spacious enough to accommodate at least 25. If you install sound resistant panels on the walls of the reception, the disturbance from sound can be made minimum.
