I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding a holiday which was organized by your company by the end of last month.
On 27 November, around 15 of our college mates hired service from your travel agency for a week holiday to Amsterdam. On your brochure, you gave us clear instructions regarding the services that you provide for the journey. It included 3 nights stay in a five star hotel and a free local sight-seeing for all the days.
However, once we reached Amsterdam, we were surprised that all the star hotels were booked for the season, and none is available for a month. The second issue, the sight-seeing was provided to us for just 2 days. Even though we could manage ourselves with the average accommodation you arranged there, it was an additional economic burden for us to travel around at our own.
I would suggest you to provide your customers with all the facilities which you assure prior to the journey, and if you could better your services further, so that you can attract more international tourists.
