Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with your customer service staff who has not yet responded positively to my complaint.
I boarded one of your buses from St. Augustine Street to the City Centre to attend an official meeting at around 2 pm on 24th of this month. Once I alighted, the bus, I realized that I did not take one of my leather bags, in which I kept some official receipts from the bus. It is a rectangular-shaped black leather bag, with the label, ‘Puma’.
Immediately, I called the customer service centre and reported the incident. He informed me that he registered the complaint and I will get the response in a couple of hours. However, even after a day, they have not called me. As I found that the customer service number busy whenever I called later, I thought of registering a written complaint.
It would be appreciated if you could assist me in finding the bag by your own means or to suggest alternatives like registering a police complaint. I would also suggest you to improve your customer service.
