I am the father of Master Samson, who is in grade 5 at your school, and I am writing this letter to seek some information related to the trip you have scheduled this weekend.

As per the brochure you have provided, it is a 3 day trip which commences on Saturday morning. Even though the destinations of the trip are clearly mentioned, the details about food and accommodation are vague. I would also like to know whether you are providing any other special facilities to the children.

My son is an asthmatic patient and he is too young to manage his own health. He needs to be monitored closely because the climate of the places of visit is too cold. Hence, I request you to include me for the trip.

As I am a general practitioner, I can assist the members of the trip in case of any medical emergency. If you permit me to accompany your team, I can also help in assisting you in exploring the local destinations, as I have visited these places on several occasions.
