You recently stayed at a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of the year and the heating/cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to raise a concern regarding my recent stay in your prestigious hotel Radisson Blue located at Winsor.
I had a business meeting on 21 September 2022 and I have booked a suite room numbered 307 on the third floor. At night, I felt freezing cold inside the room. When I checked the entire room, I found that one of the windows insulations was tampered. Also, the one of the doors to the balcony was jammed.
I tried to contact reception, and no one was attending the call. Then, I went to the reception, and a staff was arranged to fix the issues, but he could not. So, I was offered another room for stay.
Since my whole night stay was disturbed, I would like you to consider deducting the rent amount at least by 25%. I would also suggest you to do maintenance work regularly so that customers would not feel such annoyance in future.
