You recently went on a business trip to another country and you faced an issue at the airport. Write a letter to the airport management. In your letter, include:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service you provided at the Sydney airport while on my way a business trip there.

It was on fight FTR6754, which I flew from Bangkok to Sydney on 23rd of this month to attend a business meeting for my company. The flight landed on time, that was after 7:15 am and I was quite happy that I have enough time to refresh myself before attending the meeting which was scheduled at 10:00 am.

As soon as I embarked, I rushed to the baggage collection area to collect my blue suite case, which contained the presentation models for the meeting. However, even after half an hour, the baggage did not appear, which made me to report to the lost baggage section. I was told that it would take another half an hour for me to get the baggage because of some technical issues. 

Although I got my baggage by 8:00 am, I had to reschedule my presentation in the afternoon. It would be appreciated if you could make sure such incidences should not happen too often in order to make the exit hustle free.
