The corporate world is modifying its face and one such development is online education and training. I think the increasing popularity of this in the fast transforming business world indicates that it has more advantages than disadvantages.

Turning to the benefits which online education offer the business world, time stands first. The business world requires the best time-saving techniques, which is better done with this type of training, for example, saving of the travelling time and the event management time. The second major benefit it offers is its wider radius. To be precise, these types of training programmes can accommodate a wider range of participants and can involve them in the training without having issues such as space constraints.

Cost and energy of both the trainer and the trainee can be saved and this can be seen as another advantage of this type of training programme in the business world. Furthermore, this is seen convenient for many who think digital media can serve them the best. Often feedback can be screened and sorted out from less relevant to the most relevant, which makes the organizer respond to any queries even after the conclusion of the session.

However, this method is not free from flaws. Lack of interpersonal interaction is the worst among those. For example, the organizer cannot assess the respondents’ feedback simultaneously and this eventually leads to less effective training sessions.
