Dear Freddy,

 Hope you and your family are doing well. I heard from Milan that you are planning to move to Alison Street, near to which I reside.

Since the time when I heard that you are going ahead with the purchase, I have been thinking of writing to you not to proceed with it. You know, I have been living here for almost a decade, and until six months ago, Alison Street was a peaceful place to live in.

Recently, there has been an increase in the number of overseas students residing here and conflicts between them have become so common. You might not believe! Most of the male students are addicted to drugs.

Next month, we are planning to relocate to Sullivan’s Street, which is near to the suburb. The place has a lot of natural sceneries and is well-connected to the town. The biggest attraction is that the property price is very reasonable. It would be lovely if you could join somewhere near to us. The Treebo Square is also a good place for property purchase.
