Dear Simon,

It is long since I wrote to you. You might know that I have a very stressful work schedule, and I really apologize you for the delay in replying to your letter you sent me last week.

Firstly, I should thank you for the wonderful company you gave me during my five-day holidays to England. I enjoyed your presence wherever we went: to the cinemas, museums, parks and shopping malls. Of those, the most memorable was the night-out we had in Kent. On my way back, I assured you a week holiday here in Ireland.

I’m so happy to hear that you are planning to come to Dublin the first week of July. I’m very excited to have you here for a week. Together, we can explore a lot of popular tourist attractions in my country as well as in Northern Ireland. We have serene beaches, ancient cathedrals, amusement parks like Emerald Park, and for you, restaurants, which serve mouth-watering dishes.

You’ll not be disappointed with the trip you are planning, I promise. Unlike the cities in England, we’ve smaller crowds in towns and the sceneries you are going to see here will be there in your mind all through your life. I’ve already made myself fully-available those days.

Eagerly waiting for your arrival.

Best regards,

Joe
