Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my profound appreciation towards the initiative by your company, ‘Global Sports’ on your willingness for either sponsoring our children’s sports team or paying for open air concerts.
Firstly, I would like to bring your attention towards the pathetic situation of the local children’s sports club. It has a history of winning a lot of national contests, and as competitions became commercialized, it became difficult for its organizers to find sponsors. I believe if you could sponsor the team, they can regain their past glory.
On the other hand, if you pay money for open-air concerts, it would become a memorable experience for most of us. This is because not many of the local population have seen such events. It would be a thrilling experience when they see their favorite artists performing live.
Although people love concerts, sponsoring our children’s football team for two years would be more beneficial, because it encourages more young children towards sports and other physical activities. I believe that would definitely energize them and can activate the other plan some other time.
