Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a local resident of Denver and I am writing to congratulate you for arranging us a successful community meet-up programme this year.

Denver celebrates 10 March as a very special day as a rememberance of our patron: Dr Sebastian.  On that day, we elect the key members of the community, give free lunch to the public and let members talk about their complaints.

You made the event exceptional with the introduction of a software-based voting system that was instantaneous and transparent. Unlike the previous years, we did not have to wait for hours to learn the result. Apart from that, the food your catering service served was delicious.

It would have been better if you could have added some amusement facilities for children and volunteers to supervise them. We have decided to book you as the next year’s organiser. Hope you would see into this minor concern that time.
