Dear Mr Peter,
I am writing to remind you regarding a job offer you gave me while flying to Madrid from Paris.
It was when I boarded flight LX567 to London via Madrid on 5th of this month, I met you. Very soon, you started conversing with me and later, when you were about to disembark, you revealed that you own a restaurant chain in Europe. You also suggested me to contact you in case I am interested in some kind of job in any of your restaurants.
I started my profession as a restaurant supervisor immediately after my post-graduation in Hotel Management. As I am planning to make my family in Madrid, my hometown, and settle there soon after marriage, it would be convenient if I can get a job there. Therefore, it would be greatly appreciated if you can offer me the post of a restaurant manager in your Madrid outlet.
I think both my academic qualification and practical experience in addressing the challenges in the hotel management industry can help me offer you the best possible service. I would also agree to sign a long-term job contract with you.
