MODEL ANSWER:

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inquire about a job as a Spanish instructor.

Last week, I read an advertisement on a job vacancy for the post of a Spanish instructor in your April edition magazine, ‘The Teaching professional’, to which I am interested in. I have completed my post-graduation in Spanish and graduation in teacher training program. I have been working as a Spanish instructor in the Institute of Multi-Language in London for the past 4 years and I hold a valid teaching license in the UK. I have been awarded as the best Spanish instructor by the president of the institute last year. I have already made a call to your H.R executive in London and gave my email id and contact number. It would be appreciated if you let me know whether you are interested in considering me to the post.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Marie.
