I am writing this letter to make a complaint about your logistic service which I opted for moving my furniture and other household appliances from my home country.

Soon after we started living here in Thomas Island, by the end of last week, we booked your service as we came to know your service is the fastest and the safest. In the evening of 20 May, by 7.30, your truck arrived, which I expected the next day morning. As it was evening, the parcels were left unopened, but when we did it the next day morning, we found some serious damages to the furniture. The glass works on the wardrobe and the dining table got broken, and one of the sofas got collapsed. Neither the TV nor the refrigerator is in working condition due to the bad shipment process. I would like you to consider the inconvenience I face now and take appropriate measures as per your policy. As per your terms, I am eligible for some monetary compensation, except for the electronic gadgets.

It would be appreciated if you could initiate the procedures for the same.
