Unfortunately, my superior officer got severely injured in an accident a couple of days ago. Therefore, my employer made me as his substitute. He was scheduled to go for a month’s business trip to Australia and now I have to assume his responsibility. The scheduled departure is on 28 of this month, so that I can return only on the next 29. This would make my appointment impossible and hence I would like to ask for another date, preferably two days after my arrival. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
