Dear Mr White,

I am writing to inform you my incompetence to complete the course which I am currently pursuing under you.

As you are aware, I am enrolled in Essentials of Artificial Intelligence, which commenced on 20^th of this month. I was planning to complete this 15 hour course at one stretch after my full-time job, which ends at 5 pm. However, I find it is extremely difficult for me to balance it with my current work schedule.

I am a software engineer and my work starts at 8 am every Monday to Friday. At times, I have hectic schedules and incomplete projects, which make me exhausted, both physically and mentally. On the first day of the class itself, I realised how difficult it is to come to class just half an hour after my duty. Therefore, I have decided to discontinue the course.

I know that there is another class under Mr Andrew between 7 pm and 8 pm, which commences next month. It would be appreciated if you could transfer me to that class. If it is not possible, I would like to re-join the course some other time which suits me.
