Hope you are doing well and I think you are well-prepared for the vacation.

It is only when I received your letter last week; I realized that our annual vacation is at the doorsteps and not any serious plans have been made yet. Shall we have an overseas trip this time? As my part-time employer agreed to assist me financially with a six-month salary, I think it is quite easy for us to bear the expenses. I had a talk with a travel agent here in the town and he suggested me a week’s holiday inclusive of all expenses for two persons, whom we can agree with, but he has limited options of tour destinations. He operates tour only to Europe, especially to Portugal, Spain and France. If you have a different plan, please inform me in a week.
