As the world is experiencing the economic turmoil, many are seen facing hardships in managing their money effectively. At this juncture, I would definitely prefer savings to high-spending in today’s world.

To begin with, it is a fact that in this world of great uncertainty, each and every person has to be extremely vigilant in spending money. To be precise, people are vulnerable to ill-health, unemployment and unforeseen emergencies, to name but a few, and it is quintessential for them to have adequate funds in reserve to meet these challenging situations. I think saving is the only remedy left in front of most people, if it happens. Instead, if they depend on financial organizations in such situations, the outcome may be bitter than what is expected.

Moreover, systematic savings, even in small proportions can help people to assimilate large sums, with which they can reach significant milestones in their lives, including large purchases such as cars and properties. Many, in this world are successful in making their dreams come true, just because they have excellent saving mentality. Last but not least, an in-depth realization of the constantly altering causes of the current economic crises, which are very hard to manage is inevitable- not only for just individuals, but also for governing bodies.

I admit that spending money in accordance with a person’s individual capacity is desirable; however, this is not recommended to exceed the limits.

To sum up, even though spending is essential at some point of human life at a controlled proportion, I think saving is much appreciated, not just for financial, but for personal and political reasons.
