Data regarding in-house training courses in a large financial company is portrayed in the given charts.

As per the pie chart, most time of the training is dedicated to the technical area, which consumes half of the total time spent. Career-development is the next area, which the financial company focuses on (15 hours per year) followed by interpersonal skill development (10 hours per year). Lastly, an average of 5 hours per year is spent on health and safety training.

Turning to the attitude towards training, most of the managers and secretaries believe that it is important for job and their proportion ranges from 75-85. A slight more proportion of managers thinks that it is a good excuse for a change(65 and 63%).A similar pattern of attitude can be seen in case of the proportion of managers and secretaries who thinks it is good for networking(40-50%). A negligible proportion of company workers consider it as a waste of valuable time.

Overall, it is understood that the financial company needs its employees to excel in technical and their career fields and most of the employees see it as beneficial.
