People differ in their opinions whether to adjust with unfavourable situations like lack of money or to fight and overcome such situations. I prefer the second option to the first, though it is not always possible.

On the one hand, circumstances arise when people have to satisfy themselves in adverse situations in their life. For example, many eligible candidates who seek a particular job may not be successful in getting selected in the interview. These candidates have to search in the job portals and would have to choose the areas of work which they have never thought about they would be working in. Similarly, it is better for people to understand their own financial capacity and spend accordingly than developing negative emotions like stress, envy and depression.

On the other hand, it should be understood that the developments what humans see and have today is the result of persistent efforts over the past years. For instance, a century ago, people had not enough money to satisfy all their needs, and the situation was not different even in the most developed countries. Likewise, there were not a variety of jobs which gave people job-satisfaction. However, at present, opportunities are wide to explore money from different fields and to find a favourable job. Therefore, it is unwise to be contained with what one has.

In my opinion, the modern world has multiple ways to overcome any crisis, and it is the responsibility of an enthusiastic and energetic person to explore those and increase his self-satisfaction level. However, I admit that there are some rare occasions when this would not be successful.

In conclusion, though approaches vary whether to accept or challenge unfavourable life situations, it is highly advisable to go for the second option.
