For example, a company can find a new and promising market in another country to sell its product or service, and thereby increase the profit share. A more competitive market and a wide range of quality products are added benefits. Similarly, when entertainments like music and movies would become global, they get wider acceptance. You tube and other popular social media platforms are playing a vital role in showcasing talented people across the world, and this should be seen as a quintessential example for this.
On the other hand, there exist criticisms against these exchanges. The primary criticism is regarding the dilution of culture and lifestyle. To be clearer, when globalization becomes stronger, most orthodox cultures are likely to lose their cultural identities. Many oriental countries have adopted the food habits and clothing styles of the West. At the same time, many Western countries are practising naturopathy and yoga. For instance, it is very difficult to identify a Canadian citizen because he lives in a multi-cultural society.
