Information regarding the number of employees who worked in different tourism-related industries in the years, 2009 and 2019 is depicted in the given bar chart.

Overall, it is clear that except in the sector of culture, a clear growth is there in the workforce over the period.

As per the chart, in 2009, the industry offered most employment opportunities in the hotel, which accounted for about 299200. Sports and food sectors followed this closely with approximately 284700 and 283400 respectively. By 2019, all these three sectors opened the doors of employment further. This is seen more vividly in the sector of food, when the employment figures rose by almost 74,000. Almost 61000 more jobs were created in the sports sector, the hotel industry could offer only about 7000 additional jobs.

In case of the growth rate of employment is concerned, the most notable change occurred in the travel sector, and this was about double in 2019 (114200), when compared to the figure of 2009(60900).

However, a negative growth was there in the workforce in cultural sector and this was from 82800 to 77400.
