MODEL ANSWER>>>

The total worth of exports of five different products and the rate of change in their values from a country between 2015 and 2016 is depicted in the given charts.

Overall, it is understood that except gems and jewellery, all the other exports showed a positive trend during the period.

As per the first chart, the pattern of exports of both oil and engineering products was almost in a similar range (between $57 billion and $63 billion). When the former had a positive push in exports by 3%, the latter performed better, which was by 8.5%.

Other areas where exports looked progressive were textiles and agrarian products. The total worth of textiles which was exported jumped from about $26 billion to almost $31 billion between the years, which was the highest ever growth recorded (15.24%). There was also an increase in the agrarian exports, but it was comparatively less (0.81%).

The only exception was noted in the case of the exports of gems and jewellery, when it exhibited a negative growth of 5.18% (from $42 billion to $40 billion).
