Various steps involved in the recycling plastic bottles are sequenced in the given process diagram.

Overall, the process begins with the segregation of waste bottles and ends with the production of recycled plastic products.

As shown in the picture, in the first step, plastic bottles are collected in garbage bins which are placed in different locations. These bins are collected periodically and are transported in trucks to the recycling factory.

At the factory, the used bottles are sorted manually. While recyclable ones are sent to the compressing chamber, the unusable ones are discarded. Those recyclable are then compressed into large cubes and in the subsequent step, these are crushed to smaller particles. In the next step, these are washed thoroughly in order to remove the impurities. After washing, these are introduced into a machine, from which small plastic pellets come out.

The last two steps before the production of recycled products are crucial. These are heating the pellets to make the raw material and converting the raw materials to desired products like bottles, boxes, carry bags and shirts.
