The given diagrams portray the present layout of a house at present and its redevelopment plan.

Overall, the house is expected to look entirely different from how it is today.

As per the current layout, the house has its entrance at the southwest corner, which opens to a large hall. There are three rooms in the house which can be used either to sleep or to study, one at the northwest, next at the northeast and the final one at the southeast. The kitchen is at the east and the bathroom is towards the immediate north of the hall. There is also a living room at the extreme north of the hall. Outside the house, on the north and south sides, there are two gardens.

After redevelopment, the existing living room is set to be replaced by a large bedroom, and there would be a square bedroom adjacent to the one in the northwest. When the size of kitchen or social area is proposed to increase, the hall area would decrease. There is also a plan to build an ensuite bathroom towards the south end of the house, and the garden at the south would become parking area.
