The way in which Seaville, a coastal village transformed in 2010 when compared to its layout in 1980 is depicted in the given maps.

It is clear that the village had transformed itself into a small town during this period.

The village had limited facilities in 1980, and this included some holiday cottages, a small hotel and a tea room. The cottages were located towards the west bank of the village, and the hotel was at their southern tip. The tea room was closer towards the south bank, not so far from the east bank.

The most visible change in 2010 was the permanent settlements at the west, where there were holiday cottages and marshlands. The tea room was replaced by a restaurant, and adjacent to it, a big hotel emerged. Holiday cottages were repositioned to the east bank, while at the north, a new golf course was made, clearing the woodland. A boat club and a retirement village were two other new establishments on the banks of the river, proximal to the east bank of Seaville.
