Information on how enquiries were made to a tourist information office between the months of January and June in the year 2001 is depicted in the given line graph.

Overall, it is clear that when in-person and telephone enquiries went up, there was a drastic decline in the number of enquiries via letter or email.

As seen in the chart, the maximum number of enquiries made to the centre was on phone in the month of January, 2001. The number of telephone calls was 800, which was 200 more than the queries made by email/letter, and 400 more than information sought in-person.

From just over 400 in January, in-person enquiries shot-up to nearly 1200 within the next five months. The number of telephonic enquiries remained around 800 till April, and then climbed to 1100 by June.

However, there was a decline in the number of people who depended on written enquiries (email/letter), and this was from 600 to just 200 over the period.
