Many people have diverse reasons when choosing a career. Some opt this for social status, some for killing their time and some for enhancing their savings. There is a general belief that or these, money is the most crucial factor, and I do not think very differently.

The first and the foremost reason why I align to this view is because of the fact that the present world is revolving around money. For instance, even a small child believes that money can buy happiness in this world, and as he grows up to an earning individual, his primary objective would be none other than acquiring more and more money. For that he might compromise working in a toxic work situation like professional bullying. He might also sacrifice his health and personal relationships to roll in enough money as his savings.

The second factor why I think money is the cardinal reason to choose and stick on to a profession is because of the increasing living expense. For example, many people today are seen immersed in financial crises of various genres. This may range from paying a bank loan to meeting an adverse emergency situation. These days, even there are two earning members in a family; the monetary issues might haunt them. Hence there is no wonder that people keep money superior to any other factor when deciding to opt for a profession.

I should admit that there are people who consider some other factors as the most significant factor in assuming a job. However, it can be seen their proportion is far below than those who prefer money.

In conclusion, even though there might be various factors for people to decide their employer or work situations, I think in the present scenario, money is the real instrumental factor in doing so.
