The distribution of carbohydrates, proteins and fat on three distinct diets is depicted in the given pie chart.

Overall, carbohydrates constitute the most proportion in all the three diets, whilst fat constitutes the least.

The highest proportion of carbohydrates can be seen in the healthy diet for sport, and that is 60%. While protein constitutes exactly a quarter of the same diet, the rest comprises of fat.

Compared to the aforementioned diet, a healthy diet consists 10% less carbohydrates, however 5% more protein and fat. To be precise, these proportions are 50, 30 and 20 respectively.

The distribution pattern is entirely different in an average diet. When compared to the healthy diet and healthy sport diet, this type of diet has 10 to 20% less carbohydrates. However, it has the highest proportion of protein, which is exactly two-fifth of the total. The constitution of fat in this diet is as same as in the healthy diet (20%).
